Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate partner of PR.tools (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before signing up.

1. Overview of the Affiliate Program

The PR.tools Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our Services and referring new customers. When a referred customer purchases one of our subscription plans, the affiliate earns a commission based on the sale.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the PR.tools Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid website, blog, or social media presence to promote our Services.
Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws.
Complete the affiliate application and be accepted by PR.tools.

PR.tools reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Commission

The affiliate earns a commission based on the sales made through their unique referral link. The commission structure is as follows:

Cookie Duration: The cookie tracking period is [insert number of days, e.g., 30 days]. If a customer clicks on the affiliate link and makes a purchase within that period, the affiliate earns the commission.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

5. Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you are prohibited from:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages.
Misleading practices: Falsely representing PR.tools products or services.
Bidding on branded keywords: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on PR.tools-branded keywords (e.g., “PR.tools” or variations thereof) in search engines or paid advertising platforms.
Incentivized traffic: Offering rewards or incentives (such as cash, prizes, or gifts) for clicks or sales.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Payment Terms

PR.tools reserves the right to adjust or withhold commission payments if the sale is reversed or refunded.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

As an affiliate, you will have access to an online dashboard where you can view your performance, track referrals, and monitor commissions. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account.

PR.tools reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, at its discretion, if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this agreement will cease. However, any commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the terms of this agreement.

PR.tools reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement immediately if you violate any terms or engage in unethical practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR.tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate Program, including loss of revenue, goodwill, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PR.tools, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or any violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Affiliate Program

PR.tools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the program after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [insert location], in accordance with the rules of [insert arbitration body].
